David’s practice focuses on representing businesses of all sizes and individuals before the IRS in connection with a wide range of tax controversies.  While employed by the IRS as a Special Agent, Revenue Agent and Appeals Officer, David became a certified public accountant and earned his law degree.  Since leaving the IRS after over seven years of service, David has engaged in a legal career spanning over thirty years.
